2. Service Description

CoolRoof UAE (operated by COOL ROOF CCG DWC-LLC) provides roof waterproofing, coating, and repair services for residential and commercial properties across the UAE. Our services include GE Enduris silicone roof system systems with warranty routes from 10 years. The company is registered at Business Centre, Floor 3, Building A3, Business Park, Dubai South / Dubai Aviation City Corporation, Dubai World Central (DWC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

3. Service Warranties

All service warranties are subject to the specific terms outlined in individual service agreements. Warranty coverage begins upon completion of installation and payment in full. Warranty is void if recommended maintenance schedules are not followed or if structural changes are made to the treated roof area.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of UAE RoofPilot and is protected by UAE copyright laws and international copyright treaties.

5. Limitation of Liability

UAE RoofPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

The GE Enduris silicone route is aimed at warehouses, factories, logistics roofs and large metal roofs where volume makes the system economical. Villas and private homes can be reviewed, but the primary RoofPilot motion is industrial roof qualification.
