GE Enduris silicone is for owners who want to restore a large roof before it becomes a replacement project. We inspect, test adhesion, repair details and build a continuous white waterproof membrane for warehouses, factories, logistics buildings and large metal roofs.

The pail matters because it gives the owner confidence that the proposal is based on a named high-solids silicone roof coating. The value is the finished roof system: preparation, details, primer logic and a continuous white membrane over a large suitable roof.

Warehouse problem first
A large industrial roof fails through area plus details: laps, fasteners, old repairs, penetrations, rust, heat and movement. Enduris is interesting because it lets us solve the roof as a system when replacement is not the smartest first move.
Water does not care about one patched spot. On a big roof, it finds the next weak seam, fastener or penetration.
A full roof replacement can create shutdown pressure, access problems, tenant disruption and a larger capital decision.
Large exposed roofs absorb heat every day, accelerating coating fatigue, sealant failure and internal heat load.
Seams, laps, screws, AC supports and penetrations need detail treatment before the main membrane is applied.
If the substrate is suitable, a silicone restoration route can protect the roof without tearing everything off.
Primer + silicone membrane
We do not sell a bucket and hope. We check whether the existing roof can be restored. If adhesion, substrate and details are right, Enduris becomes a premium route to protect the large area without jumping straight to tear-off.
We check roof condition, existing coating, rust, fasteners, seams, ponding water and whether the substrate can accept a silicone system.
The roof is cleaned and stabilized. Primer is used where adhesion testing or substrate condition requires it, especially on metal and old coatings.
Seams, laps, fasteners, penetrations, AC supports and weak transitions are treated before the main membrane is applied.
GE Enduris 3502 White is applied as a long-term reflective silicone membrane over the agreed roof area, subject to specification and final scope.
The product
A high-solids, single-component 100% silicone roof coating. No mixing. Applied as one continuous reflective white membrane over a properly prepared and detailed roof.
High-solids silicone (≈90% volume solids). Single component, no mixing, no two-part errors on the roof.
Applied by high-pressure spray, roller or brush over prepared metal, single-ply, modified bitumen, BUR or SPF substrates.
Initial solar reflectance 88%, emittance 0.90, SRI 111 — a reflective cool-roof surface that works with Dubai heat.
≈398% elongation and a weather-tight silicone film bridge seams, laps, fasteners and detail movement.
Supplied as GE Enduris 3502 White (25 kg pail). Coverage near 1 kg/m² before waste, set by the target dry-film thickness.
ASTM D6694, CRRC-listed (Enduris 3502 white), UL 790 Class A, ASTM E84 Class A, Miami-Dade and FM credentials.
Warranty paths of 10, 15 or 20 years depend on dry-film thickness, surface preparation, adhesion testing, approved-applicator inspection and final Momentive approval. Cool Roof UAE specifies the route subject to roof condition, supply and project specification.
Premium filter
The Enduris route is for serious warehouse owners and facility managers who want the roof problem under control. It is not the cheapest coating path, and it is usually not the right move for small roofs. It is designed to reduce repeated repair cycles by treating the substrate, details and full roof field together.
When this becomes interesting
The priority is warehouse and industrial scale. Villas and private homes can be reviewed, but only when the area, access and owner expectation fit a premium silicone system.
You have a large warehouse, factory, logistics or commercial roof where replacement feels too disruptive or too expensive.
You are already paying for repeat leak repairs and the same problem keeps moving across the roof.
The roof is big enough for silicone economics to work, with a serious starting point from AED 150+/m2 after review.

We check area, drainage, substrate, penetrations and existing membrane first. If another route fits better, we say so before quoting silicone.
