Panel laps, fasteners, ridge details, rust, skylights and thermal movement are reviewed before a silicone membrane is specified.
Old bitumen, BUR and modified bitumen
The roof is checked for moisture, loose layers, asphalt staining and bleed-blocker or primer need before any white silicone finish.
Large flat warehouse roofs
A continuous silicone membrane can delay replacement when the existing roof is sound enough to restore and drainage is understood.
SPF and existing coating systems
Adhesion, contamination, chalking and damaged areas must be handled first so the final membrane is tied to a stable base.

Survey and adhesion test
We check roof condition, existing coating, rust, fasteners, seams, ponding water and whether the substrate can accept a silicone system.
Clean, repair and prime where required
The roof is cleaned and stabilized. Primer is used where adhesion testing or substrate condition requires it, especially on metal and old coatings.
Detail treatment before the field coat
Seams, laps, fasteners, penetrations, AC supports and weak transitions are treated before the main membrane is applied.
